You are responsible for shipping your device safely to our Redwood City, California office (U.S. zip 94065). Return shipping is via USPS First Class Mail, and is provided free of charge for any destination in the United States. Additional costs of return shipping and handling is not included in these estimates, and will be calculated based on priority, insurance and weight.
Since these are one-of-a-kind, all customization sales are final.
